DESCRIPTION:


The 8-pump linear liquid filling machine adopts an advanced intelligent filling design with three-stage adjustable filling stroke, speed, and flow control to ensure high-speed and accurate filling. This machine is suitable for various bottle types, filling capacities, and different liquid characteristics. It is easy to adjust and operate and can be widely used in bottled liquid filling production lines for pharmaceuticals, health products, and chemical products.

 

 

 

PRODUCT PROCESS:


This machine uses an electronically controlled cylinder as the filling power. After the filling container reaches the left end of the conveyor table and is transported to the designated position under the force of the conveyor chain plate, the positioning cylinder performs positioning. The lifting cylinder moves downward, and the filling nozzle dives in and fills. The filling amount and filling time are carried out in an orderly manner according to the settings. After a certain delay, the lifting cylinder moves upward, the positioning cylinder resets and the container containing a certain amount of liquid is transported to the right end to complete a working cycle.
 

 

 

 

FEATURE:


This automatic in-line solution filling, pressing/capping assembly line, and filling volume adjustment system is controlled by a frequency conversion motor, PLC, and touch screen. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor is used to adjust the filling volume, which is easy, fast, and accurate to operate.


The container positioning system is implemented pneumatically. Customers can adjust it by themselves according to containers of different specifications and shapes. The method is simple and the positioning is accurate to ensure correct filling.
The anti-drip system adopts cylinder control. While blocking the filling nozzle, it also adopts a drain tank recovery device to further eliminate the dripping phenomenon.


The filling system consists of a precision-made material cylinder and a novelly designed check valve. The cylinder is used to control its movement, which further improves the filling efficiency and the accuracy of the filling amount.

This machine is a self-priming pressure-filling machine. It has no special requirements for the user's storage tank. It adopts a window-type liquid tank and is equipped with an automatic liquid level controller, which solves the overflow phenomenon of other types of storage tanks. It can also keep the liquid level at the same height, ensuring the stability of the pressure to the greatest extent.

Conveyor system
The system consists of a motor, chain plate, pad, sprocket, etc. The sprocket is made of hard nylon and has reasonable structure, is lightweight and has durability. The overall structure is made of 1.5 mm thick "304" stainless steel. The appearance is beautiful and generous, the lines are smooth and graceful, and the maintenance is simple and time-saving

Filling System / Pumps Optional:

 

The working principle of the automatic in-line solution filling machine is: that the forward and backward movement of the cylinder drives the piston in the cylinder to reciprocate to complete the filling work. When the cylinder moves backward, it pulls the piston backward, the discharge check valve closes, the feed check valve opens, and negative pressure is generated in the front chamber of the material cylinder. The material in the supply barrel is pressed into the feed pipe by atmospheric pressure and enters the cylinder through the feed check valve tee to complete the material suction work. When the cylinder moves forward, it pushes the piston forward, the feed check valve closes, the discharge check valve opens, and the piston squeezes the material. The material enters the discharge pipe through the discharge check valve in the discharge joint and finally enters the empty bottle to be filled through the filling head to complete the filling work. The piston filling machine performs a single mechanical simple action for each filling, so it has high filling accuracy and stability for every regular container.

 

Filling head system
Automatic in-line solution filling machine: When the filling head discharges material, the filling head extends into the container, and the anti-drip mandrel is opened through the cylinder. When the filling is completed, the mandrel blocks the filling head to prevent dripping. Equipped with a drip chute device according to customer requirements to prevent dripping

 

Filling and volume adjustment system
For the fully automatic in-line solution filling machine, the filling volume adjustment is determined by the user according to the weight of the required filling material (grams) or the volume of the filling bottle (milliliters ml). Because the specific gravity of the material or the volume of the filling bottle is different, the filling volume and the data corresponding to the human-machine interface are different. Determine the filling volume by directly adjusting the data on the human-machine interface, which is simple and easy to understand.
