RELIANCE Model R-FLT bi-flow direction accumulation tables can be designed in a wide variety of constructions and infeed and outfeed combinations to fit your bottling and packing line needs. Construction varies from stainless. Infeed and outfeed lanes/areas can be designed in many configurations making infeed/outfeed conveyors the perfect choice for your bottle/ container accumulation needs.

The model R-FLT was designed to feed a case packer with multiple products from a small speed to the high capacity required. It does so using only one accumulator, rather than multiple, enabling valuable floor space to be efficiently utilized. This machine was designed for the pharmaceutical and food industry using GMP/FDA-grade raised wear strips and other features for easy cleaning.

The Glass Bottle Feeder provides a large buffer to allow for the uninterrupted operation of downstream equipment on your conveyor belt system. This ensures your accumulation table conveyor operates at maximum efficiency and prevents unwanted bottlenecks and downtime.

Our bottle feeder for glass bottle packaging is a gentle infeed-outfeed system designed to take glass bottles stacked onto the loading shelf and feed them into the line single file and onto downstream equipment. It can feed and sort round, oblong, square, and other odd-shaped containers.
