RELIANCE R-XP-R This High Speed Rotary Type Bottle Washing Machine is suitable for cleaning all kinds of glass bottles. It adopts a 24/32-head disc structure. The bottles are sent to the 24/32 equal parts jaws through the bottle dividing mechanism. After the bottles are clamped, they are purified (or recycled water )-Purified water-clean compressed air for multiple internal and external rinses to complete bottle washing. This machine has a simple structure, reliable action, and meets GMP requirements. It is an ideal equipment for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare product manufacturers.

WORKING PRINCIPLE: 

It enters the low-temperature fan through the air filter, and the air is compressed and enters the air knife through the pipe. A strong wind belt is formed at the air duct entrance, and the water droplets and water film on the bottle wall are forced to dry from different directions at high speed. The air knife can be rotated in up, down, left, and right directions to adjust the blowing area as needed, and is easy to operate. This machine uses an imported fan with low noise and large air volume.
