RELIANCE RVF Series automatic Monoblock filling machine guides organizes, fills, and then releases bottles in an automatic bottle packaging line, such as a filling, capping, and labeling line. They can be programmed to reliably fill each bottle with a specified and precise volume of product and remove the necessity for an operator in the filling line. With an accuracy of ±0.5% to ±1%, and a capacity from 30 bottles/min to 120 bottles/min depending on the required of filling heads and different types of driven systems, RVF monoblock automatic filling machines are an ideal choice for filling thin to medium viscosity fluids quickly and precisely.
