DESCRIPTION:


The RELIANCE RXGR High-Speed ​​Rotary type bottle capper machine or container Plugger/Capper machine can accommodate a range of components including a dropper tip/dome cap, a flow restrictor/screw cap, a threaded screw cap, a snap cap, and an airless pump/dust cover, metal ROPP cap, press-on caps, flip-off caps. This servo-driven machine incorporates multiple turrets to gently move containers through the capping and closure process. The mechanical structure made of 304SS adopts a compact design to save space and greatly meet the needs of the production line.

WORKING PRINCIPLE: 


The reducer with frequency conversion speed regulation motor drives the main shaft and the star-shaped wheel for entering and exiting the bottle to rotate through gear transmission. The spindle drives the capping machine head to rotate, and multiple capping heads are installed around the machine head. The roller mounted on the capping head rotates along the cam guide rail, and the cap removal and capping processes are completed during the downward stroke. The bottles are pushed by the flat-top conveyor chain to the front of the supply screw, which separates them at a certain distance, and then the bottles are sent to the capping station in sequence by the bottle feed wheel. When there are no bottles (fewer bottles) and no caps (fewer caps), the proximity switch sends a signal, causing the cylinder to drive the bottle and cap blocking mechanisms to block the bottle and cap supply. When a sufficient number of bottles and caps accumulate, a signal is sent by the proximity switch, causing the cylinder to release the bottle and cap blocking mechanism and continue to supply bottles and caps. After the caps are sorted, the slide slides to the cap tray and is moved to the cap removal station by the cap dialing wheel. After the capping head is lowered to remove the cap, it is then transferred to the capping station. At this time, the capping head has been connected with the bottle below. Align the bottle mouth, the bottle holding belt compresses the bottle body to prevent it from rotating, the capping head clamp holds the bottle cap while rotating and descends, and tightens the cap on the bottle mouth. The capping torque of the capping head is controlled by a special magnetic couple, which not only ensures the sealing of the bottle cap but also prevents damage to the bottle mouth due to too-tight capping. The bottles after capping are transferred to the flat-top chain by the bottle discharge dial. The flat-top conveyor chain is uniformly configured by the production line, and its conveying speed should be slightly faster than the linear speed of the can-feeding dial. The bottle outlet end of the flat-top conveyor chain should be equipped with an induction switch. When a failure occurs in the post-process, the bottle outlet will be blocked. The induction switch will stop the main machine through the electrical system and activate the bottle-blocking device at the bottle inlet end to block continued incoming bottles. When needed, the cover supply slide can be connected to the steam system to perform steam injection heating and sterilization of the cover.
