RELIANCE Model RLB Automatic round bottles sticker labeler machine is available for any kind of erective plastic bottle and glasses containers and bottles in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, CBD, tincture, essential, the healthcare industry.  Different kinds of labels like transparent labels, anti-forgery labels, and barcode labels are all applicable to this machine.

Composition and structure:

The vertical round self-adhesive labeling machine consists of the following parts: conveyor belt, bottle dividing wheel, label tray, printer, roller seat, roller belt, roller plate, conveyor belt motor, Guardrail, support, height adjustment frame, sensor, microcomputer control system, etc.
The base bracket mainly plays a supporting role. One of the parts is equipped with a conveyor belt and separation, label supply device, roller device, sensor and microsystem, etc. Among them, the version, label supply installation, and labeling device can be adjusted on the bracket Make up, down, left, and right adjustments. The conveyor belt is mainly used to transport bottles, and it is driven by the conveyor belt motor. The bottle dividing wheel mainly serves to separate the bottles at an appropriate distance to prevent the bottles from missing labels during the labeling process. The label supply device includes a stepper motor, a label-sending mechanism, a label-receiving mechanism, a label tape tensioning mechanism, a self-adhesive label tape, a label release plate, a printer, etc. The printer needs to complete the sealing of the label date. The roll-on tape is used to combine the label and the bottle, that is, the label is attached to the bottle, and is generally driven by a driving motor. The sensor and microcomputer control system is the core control part for signal detection and emission. It consists of software and hardware. It mainly completes the detection of bottles, the starting of the stepper motors of the printing device and the label supply device, and the control of the tension of the label tape and the display. Number of bottles, coordination of speed relationships between motors, and safety alarms.

WORKING PRINCIPLE: 

After the bottles enter the conveyor belt of the labeling machine from the bottle unscrambler, they are separated by an appropriate distance after passing through the bottle dividing wheel. When the bottle passes through the electric eye of the measuring object, the electric eye sends out a signal. After the signal is processed, when the bottle reaches the position tangential to the label, the stepper motor starts and the printer works at the same time to print the date on the label. When the label tape passes through the peeling plate, because the label on the tape is relatively hard, it is not easy to make a sharp turn along the glass plate. Therefore, when the paper of the label tape is turned sharply, the label continues to move forward due to inertia and separates from the bottom paper. The meal in the bottle that has been conveyed in place enters the dissolving and pasting device for rolling and pasting onto the bottle. When another measuring object sensor detects that a tag has completely passed by, it sends a stepper motor stop signal. Complete a labeling process of the self-adhesive labeling machine.
