RELIANCE Model RCNW automatic Horizontal bottle cartoning machine is a device that automatically loads medicine bottles and instructions into folding cartons and completes the action of closing the box. The feed is generally divided into three entrances: instruction entrance, bottle entrance, and packaging box entrance. The entire process from packaging box feeding to final packaging molding is roughly divided into four stages: box unloading, opening, filling, and box lid. The main functions are automatic folding and transmission of medicine bottle instructions, pill box shaping and transmission, loading medicine bottles and instructions into medicine boxes, paper tongue sealing at both ends of medicine boxes, batch number production counting, finished product transportation, and processing of no instructions or empty items. Boxes are removed and counted, etc.
