RELIANCE RVF Series Servo Drive Automatic Bottle Liquid Filling Capping Machine guides organizes, fills, and then releases bottles in an automatic bottle packaging line, such as a filling, capping, and labeling line. They can be programmed to reliably fill each bottle with a specified and precise volume of product and remove the necessity for an operator in the filling line. With an accuracy of ±0.5% to ±1%, and a capacity from 30 bottles/min to 120 bottles/min depending on the required of filling heads and different types of driven systems, RVF monoblock automatic filling machines are an ideal choice for filling thin to medium viscosity fluids quickly and precisely.

An automatic servo motor bottle-filling machine from RELIANCE can fill up to 16 containers at the same time with virtually any product from thin and foamy to thick and stringy.
