PRODUCTS PROCESS: 


 

1. Jar Loading: Empty cosmetic jars are manually or automatically loaded onto the conveyor belt of the machine, ready for the filling process.

2. Jar Filling: The machine dispenses the desired amount of cosmetic cream or product into each jar. This can be controlled through adjustable settings to ensure precise filling.

WORKING PRINCIPLE STRUCTURE: 


 

Conveyor system
The system consists of a motor, chain plate, pad, sprocket, etc. The sprocket is made of hard nylon and has reasonable structure, is lightweight, and has durability. The overall structure is made of 1.5 mm thick "304" stainless steel. The appearance is beautiful and generous, the lines are smooth and graceful, and the maintenance is simple and time-saving

Filling System / Pumps Optional:

 

The working principle of the automatic in-line solution filling machine is: that the forward and backward movement of the cylinder drives the piston in the cylinder to reciprocate to complete the filling work. When the cylinder moves backward, it pulls the piston backward, the discharge check valve closes, the feed check valve opens, and negative pressure is generated in the front chamber of the material cylinder. The material in the supply barrel is pressed into the feed pipe by atmospheric pressure and enters the cylinder through the feed check valve tee to complete the material suction work. When the cylinder moves forward, it pushes the piston forward, the feed check valve closes, the discharge check valve opens, and the piston squeezes the material. The material enters the discharge pipe through the discharge check valve in the discharge joint and finally enters the empty bottle to be filled through the filling head to complete the filling work. The piston filling machine performs a single mechanical simple action for each filling, so it has high filling accuracy and stability for every regular container.

 

Filling head system
Automatic in-line solution filling machine: When the filling head discharges material, the filling head extends into the container, and the anti-drip mandrel is opened through the cylinder. When the filling is completed, the mandrel blocks the filling head to prevent dripping. Equipped with a drip chute device according to customer requirements to prevent dripping

 

Filling and volume adjustment system
For the fully automatic in-line solution filling machine, the filling volume adjustment is determined by the user according to the weight of the required filling material (grams) or the volume of the filling bottle (milliliters ml). Because the specific gravity of the material or the volume of the filling bottle is different, the filling volume and the data corresponding to the human-machine interface are different. Determine the filling volume by directly adjusting the data on the human-machine interface, which is simple and easy to understand.
