RELIANCE RVFR High-speed Automatic Rotary Monoblock 12x10 Liquid Bottle Filing and Capping Machine, with piston, pump Liquid Filling Technology driven by servo motor system is suitable for Round, Oval, Flat, or square Bottles with a maximum speed of 150 bottles/min, (Bottles per minute Machine available with ROPP/Plastic Screw Capping system or press on caps. Machine with Rotary operation of bottles resulting in a smoother movement of bottles at lower speed producing higher output, The Bottle Filing Machines depend on the character of Liquids, Bottle Diameter, Bottle height, Bottle Neck Size, bottle shape, and Fill Volume. Machine construction in fully Stainless Steel finish including 304 SS Frame structure and 316L contact parts. Machine with optional Turn Tables at in-feed and Out-feed with individual drives to match the speed of incoming and outgoing Bottles for smoother operation, 
The machine does not require any change parts for change in Fill Volume with Servo Drive Technology, which helps the user to set the required fill volume directly from the Machine control panel Touch Screen system. Machine new technology also offers simple user-friendly operation with few moving parts coming in contact with liquid and also a higher level ofaccuracy for filling liquid.
