It is alternately rinsed with two water and one air (tap water, ionized water, oil-free compressed air) to ensure that the bottles meet the production process requirements and can preliminarily dry the bottles. An ultrasonic device can be optionally equipped according to production requirements. This machine is reasonably designed, easy to operate and maintain, and meets GMP requirements. This equipment does not require manual operation and is fully automatic spraying water and blowing air to dry. After washing the bottles, the bottles are neatly arranged with their mouths upward and sent to the next work process, which improves production efficiency and reduces manual operations.
