RELIANCE Model RLBR fully automatic High Speed Rotary Glass Dropper Bottle Sticker Labeling Machine is a device used for applying sticker labels on the amber or boston round glass bottles/vials/ containers. It realizes automatic labeling of round bottles through automatic loading and unloading, label feeding, labeling, labeling, and other steps. STRUCTURE:

The fully automatic high-speed round bottle labeling machine is mainly composed of a machine spring frame, a bottle feeding device, a positioning device, a label feeding capacity, a labeling capacity, a label pressing device, a label dividing device, a control system, etc.
The entire device has a simple and elegant shape and looks very modern. The central bottle-feeding device can automatically load and unload bottles, which is a good supplement to the labeling device. The positioning and label delivery volume play a very important role in the fully automatic high-speed round bottle labeling machine. Label pressing and label separation ensure the final effect and integrity after labeling. WORKING PRINCIPLE: 

1. Automatic bottle feeding: 
The bottle-feeding device in the center of the equipment can automatically load and unload bottles. There is a cylinder installed inside, and the bottle can be clamped by the cylinder and then raised or lowered. After the bottle is raised to a certain height, it is moved to the next process position by the disc.
 

2. Positioning and labels apply
When labeling, how do you determine where to place the label? At this time, the positioning device comes into play. The positioning device mainly consists of a sensor and a positioning wheel. Under the action of the positioning device, the machine can accurately locate the position where the label should be affixed. At the same time, due to the very high precision requirements of the equipment, it is necessary to continuously expand the labels in segments, and automatically adjust the labels as each segment is expanded.
Then, the label feeding device aligns the bottom paper of the label with the sensor on the positioning device, and then a set of servo motors drives the label to be transported between the label slitting knife and the positioning wheel to ensure the speed of the label transmission and the speed of the label slitting knife same.
 

3. Labeling
Entering the labeling stage, the equipment will attach the label to the bottle through the label-pressing device. The labeling device mainly consists of a tablet press and a scraper wheel. During the process of labeling, the pressing tablet will adhere closely to the surface of the bottle, and at the same time, the scraper wheel ensures that the label is in fixed contact with the outside of the round bottle, ensuring perfect label attachment.
 

4. Pressing and marking
After labeling, because the upper and lower intervals left when the equipment cuts the labels are sometimes very close, a labeling device is needed to properly handle the labeling intervals. In the labeling stage, the sensor will detect the label, and then the clamp will clamp the interval area on the label and fix it. When the next round of labeling is completed, the labeling clamp will be released to complete the labeling operation.

5. Control System
The control system of the fully automatic high-speed round bottle labeling machine integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other fields and is the core of the entire equipment. Through PLC and touch screen, the operation of the equipment is greatly facilitated, and the performance and stability of the equipment are also guaranteed. The control system is also equipped with self-test functions and warning alarms. It will conduct a series of tests on the equipment when it is running, thereby avoiding damage to operators and equipment due to equipment failure.
