RELIANCE The Model RVF Automatic Lip Gloss Roll On Glass Tube Bottle Monoblock Filling Capping Machine is designed for filling bottles/vials/tubes with hair oil, lip oil, skin oil, nail oil, perfume, massage oil, CBD oil, essential oil, hemp oil, cannabis oil with the function of automatic liquid filling, pick up and place on metal or glass/plastic rollers and stoppers, then sealing them with screw caps or plastic or aluminum lids. These machines are widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, Tincture medical oil, and other industries where precise filling and sealing of bottles are required. 

 

The Monoblock Filler and Capper machine is the all-in-one solution for any liquid filling and capping process. This equipment combines two or more liquid filling and capping operations in one single machine base and assures the traceability of each bottle while it is inside of the Monoblock. PROCESS: 


1. Bottle feeding: Empty roll-on bottles are loaded onto a conveyor system or a feeding mechanism that transports them to the filling station.


2. Filling station: The bottles reach the filling station, where a filling mechanism is employed to dispense the desired amount of liquid into each bottle. This can be achieved through various methods such as piston filling, peristaltic pumps, or gravity filling.


3. Liquid filling: The filling mechanism accurately measures and dispenses the liquid into the bottles. It ensures consistent filling levels to maintain product quality and prevent overfilling or underfilling.


4. Cap feeding: While the bottles are being filled, caps are fed into the capping station. This can be done through a cap feeding system or manually loaded by an operator.


5. Capping station: Once the bottles are filled, they move to the capping station. The capping mechanism securely places the caps onto the bottles, ensuring proper sealing. This can be achieved through methods like screw capping, snap-on capping, or press-on capping, depending on the design of the roll-on bottles.


6. Inspection and labeling: After capping, the bottles may undergo inspection to check for any defects or inconsistencies. Additionally, labeling or coding systems can be integrated into the machine to apply labels or codes onto the bottles.
