DESCRIPTION:

RELIANCE R-DY Liner-type automatic drying machine for application on the outer wall of the bottle after filling, and then pasting the self-adhesive trademark. The air knife technology used in this dryer is developed to prevent water droplets from being removed and labeled on the outer wall of glass bottles. It is suitable for use on medium- and high-speed production lines.

4) The spider air nozzle type air knife is specially designed for drying the water on the surface of various round bottles and shaped bottles, It uses a custom-made universal joint nozzle to adjust the angle according to the shape of the bottle, and blow dry several times from top to bottom to ensure that the entire bottles are dried 360 degrees without dead corners and no moisture residue, to achieve the maximum drying effect and power saving effect.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

It enters the low-temperature fan through the air filter, and the air is compressed and enters the air knife through the pipe. A strong wind belt is formed at the air duct entrance, and the water droplets and water film on the bottle wall are forced to dry from different directions at high speed. The air knife can be rotated in up, down, left, and right directions to adjust the blowing area as needed, and is easy to operate. This machine uses an imported fan with low noise and large air volume.
