Macchina per la movimentazione orizzontale di bottiglie di plastica

RELIANCE RLP-H bottle unscrambler is the best assistant for high-speed production lines. The precision and solid body design adopts built-in storage space and a bottle unscrambler turntable, which not only saves space but also greatly reduces the noise generated by the machine’s operation. Within a reasonable budget, use a reliable system with essential functions to help you pursue compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturer specifications.
RLP series high-speed bottle unscrambler is an effective bottle unscrambling machine used in plastic bottle filling line. With the capacity of high-speed bottle feeding, this bottle unscrambler is suitable for various high-speed filling and capping production lines and packaging lines. It is also capable of loading bottles onto two bottle-filling lines simultaneously through two separate conveyors.
The bottle unscrambling machine allows changing the bottles of different sizes only by changing the loading turntable and adjusting the bottle feeding lane.

The pharmaceutical turntable bottle unscrambler mechanism adopts a unique 60-degree tilt design, so bottles will not overlap and bottles will not be missed when turned over. The silo and bottle unscrambler mechanisms are set up independently, and the feeding motor is used to lift the material. The feeding speed is relatively constant, and there will be no bottle accumulation. At the same time, the load on the bottle unscrambler motor is reduced when there are many bottles in the silo. The feeding and unpacking speeds of the fully automatic plastic round bottle and square bottle unscrambler can be controlled independently to meet customers’ different speed requirements. The fully automatic bottle unscrambler transmission device is equipped with a clutch with an adjustable friction coefficient. If a bottle is stuck in the bottle unscrambler, the clutch will start to work and run automatically without resistance to ensure that the electrical equipment is not damaged.
