DESCRIPTION
The Vertical Automatic Pharma Bottle and Container Cartoning Machine is designed for efficient and reliable secondary packaging of pharmaceutical bottles and containers. FEATURE
1. The cartoning machine features an intermittent-motion design and is controlled by a PLC. Its structure is simple and easy to maintain. Through a complex transmission system that mimics human movements, the machine automatically performs tasks such as carton feeding, carton opening, leaflet folding, inserting the product (and leaflet), and sealing the carton.
2. The machine achieves a high overall cartoning speed while maintaining a lower operating speed for the packaging materials themselves. This reduces the sensitivity of the packaging materials to operating speed, enhances compatibility with various materials, and minimizes mechanical wear. Key characteristics include high output combined with low mechanical operating speed.
3. The machine utilizes a vacuum pump for automatic carton retrieval and employs a wide-angle opening mechanism to ensure high precision during the carton-opening process.
4. It is equipped with a high-speed leaflet-folding machine, an automatic leaflet-folding system, and a corresponding transport mechanism.
5. The leaflet insertion system uses a PLC-controlled rotary mechanism. This avoids the issues of leaflets slipping—a common problem with traditional insertion mechanisms caused by synchronization errors—and allows for the adjustment of the leaflet’s folded length prior to insertion.
6. The insertion system operates intermittently and includes an overload protection feature for the pusher, ensuring that blister packs and leaflets are inserted safely.
7. The machine is designed for convenient adjustment and maintenance. Various carton-closing methods and optional auxiliary devices are available. Changing to a different carton size does not require replacing molds; instead, the machine can be adjusted and positioned according to the new dimensions.
8. The frame and main plates possess high strength and rigidity. The main drive motor and a clutch-brake assembly are housed within the frame, while the transmission systems are mounted on the main plates. A torque-limiting overload protector is included to disengage the main drive motor from the transmission components in the event of an overload, thereby preventing damage to the machine’s parts.
9. Safety features:
If no carton is detected: The machine will not perform an insertion, will stop automatically, and will trigger an audible alarm.
If no leaflet is detected: The machine will not perform an insertion and will reject the empty carton; it will also stop automatically and trigger an audible alarm.
10.If no blister pack is detected: The carton and leaflet will remain on hold; the machine will stop automatically and trigger an audible alarm. 11. Equipped with a steel-character marking system; it can also be integrated with an inkjet coding machine to complete the task collaboratively.
