The Automatic 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, and 30ml Small Plastic Bottle Unscrambler Machine is specially designed to automatically sort, orient, and feed small plastic bottles for pharmaceutical liquid production lines. It is widely used for manufacturing eye drops, nasal drops, ear drops, ophthalmic solutions, saline products, and other liquid pharmaceutical formulations.

By automatically arranging randomly loaded bottles into an upright position, the machine delivers a continuous, stable bottle supply to downstream filling and capping equipment. It significantly reduces manual handling, improves production efficiency, and supports fully automated pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Designed according to GMP standards, the bottle unscrambler is an ideal front-end solution for modern pharmaceutical packaging lines.
