The zirconia ceramic filling pump is a high-precision liquid filling and metering pump produced by our company. The surface of the zirconia ceramic filling pump made of raw materials does not absorb drugs, does not produce chemical reactions with drugs, has accurate measurement, and long service life. It is widely used for filling liquid preparations such as water injections, freeze-dried powder injections, oral administration, and external use Measurement.
Organization and Principles
A. The zirconia ceramic filling pump is composed of ceramic metering parts (including zirconia ceramic sleeve, plunger, groove valve metering rod) stainless steel inlet and outlet nozzles and connecting parts. B. Working principle of zirconia ceramic filling pump
1. The downward linear movement of the ceramic column produces negative pressure and sucks in liquid;
2. The upward linear movement of the ceramic column produces positive pressure and expels liquid.
Good performance of the ceramic pump.
1. Extremely inert metal oxide, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, high temperature, and adaptable to repeated disinfection and sterilization under high temperature conditions;
2. Ultra-high material hardness: wear-resistant, ultra-long service life (chrome-plated steel pump 5 -8 times), a very small amount of particles are released.
3. The crystal structure shows zero porosity and dense material: the product surface is extremely smooth, with minimal friction and minimal drug residue;
4. Minimal thermal expansion: the plunger gap is smaller and can run and fill continuously without liquid. The installation accuracy is higher and online cleaning and sterilization can be achieved.
Pump filling range, operating temperature, and filling accuracy:
1. Filling measurement range and measurement accuracy: various pumps of 0.1ml-2000ml can be produced. The maximum stroke of standard products is 6mm to 45mm, and the measurement accuracy is 0.1%~0.5%;
2. Working temperature of zirconia ceramic pumps: commonly used products The planned working temperature is 10-45℃; if the temperature you use is not within this range, you can call our company and we will provide you with a solution based on the parameters you provide.
3. The product has been airtightly tested before leaving the factory and has been tested for filling accuracy after being installed on the filling machine. The accuracy test method uses water for injection as the medium, adopts the weight measurement method, calculates the average value, and calculates the upper and lower errors.
4. Application range of zirconia ceramic pump filling liquid viscosity: Conventional products are suitable for fluids with viscosity of up to 20,000 cps and without solid matter.
4. Select the pump model
Different equipment manufacturers use different driving methods: the filling accuracy of mechanical driving methods is worse than that of servo motor driving. In order to ensure measurement accuracy, we recommend that it be used in more than 3/4 of the large measurement range: for example, if the filling range of the pump is within 5~10ml, it is recommended to use above 6, if the measurement accuracy is higher.
5. Installation of ceramic pump and connection of filling machine
In order to ensure measurement accuracy
1. It is necessary to ensure that the filling machine components are firmly aligned with the zirconia ceramic filling pump;
2. The installation gaps of the filling machine components must be eliminated (the installation gaps lead to changes in the stroke, resulting in inaccurate measurement)
3. The movement of the moving parts must be ensured Coaxiality (affects the service life and filling accuracy of the pump); it is recommended that the upper and lower ends adopt a sliding connection method to eliminate wear;
4. Since the ceramic rod and the ceramic plug are closely matched parts, the gap is very small, and it is recommended not to mix them;
5. Before installing the machine, make sure that all sealing parts do not leak.
Cleaning and Sterilization
1. Cleaning steps: After cleaning with purified water, rinse with water for injection; for initial use and long-term placement, soak in 1-3% NaOH for 5-15 minutes (to remove pyrogen), rinse with water for injection;
2. Sterilization Steps: It is recommended to use high-pressure moist hot steam for sterilization, sterilization temperature 121℃, pressure 0.1MPA, time 30 minutes (need to be determined through process verification).
3. Cleaning and sterilization precautions:
1) Fluorine-containing chemical solutions must not be used to come into contact with stainless steel to prevent corrosion of stainless steel parts; (2) During cleaning, the ceramic columns and ceramic plugs of the ceramic metering components cannot be pulled in hot water above 40°C. The ceramic plugs should be separated. Cleaning; (3) Ceramic rods and ceramic plugs cannot be interchanged during the cleaning process; (4) During sterilization, the rotary valve, ceramic plug, and metering rod should be placed separately in a special cleaning and sterilization box. It is recommended that the ceramic rod and ceramic plug Be vertically for moist heat sterilization; after sterilization, the temperature of the pump body should be allowed to drop to room temperature before installation and operation; before the temperature of the pump body drops to room temperature, the cracking and deformation of the pump body caused by sudden cooling should be avoided; (5) If If there is yellow dirt in the contact area between the ceramic pump body and the liquid, it can be soaked in 10% oxalic acid for 0.5-1 hour, and then rinsed with water for injection; (6) Since the hardness of ceramic is greater than stainless steel, the contact between ceramic and stainless steel can cause the ceramic surface to adhere Stainless steel cannot be cleaned or damaged, which may cause the filling pump to not operate smoothly or become inactive, leading to damage. It is recommended to use non-metallic materials (such as PTFE) as storage containers during cleaning and sterilization. (7) When the plunger sleeve, plunger, and slot valve are removed from the machine for use, please place the plunger sleeve upright and the plunger slot valve with a rope tied vertically in the air by gravity to prevent deformation.
