FEATURE:

1) This machine has a vertical drum structure. It uses unequal screws to feed bottles. The robot clamps the bottles and then flips them over. At the same time, it continuously revolves. The bottle-washing spray needle makes reciprocating swings and tracking movements, extending the bottle-washing time. The action is accurate and reliable, and the production is efficient.

2) All parts of the machine that come into contact with water vapor are made of stainless steel and non-toxic and corrosion-resistant materials.

3) All work areas are sealed with transparent plexiglass to prevent external contamination. The entire cleaning process is visible, making it easy to control production quality and comply with G.M.P specifications.

4) Use ultrasonic cleaning technology and ultrasonic cavitation to remove strongly adhered substances inside and outside the bottle that are difficult to remove with ordinary bottle washing processes.

5) Using an internal submersible ultrasonic transducer with low noise. At the same time, the container to be washed passes directly through the transducer, so the ultrasonic radiation is strong, the power loss is small, and the cleaning effect is good.

6) Using alternating water and air pressure spray cleaning technology, the container is in an inverted state, and the nozzle is directly inserted inside the container. This can give full play to the flushing effect of high-pressure fresh water and compressed air, and effectively discharge foreign matter and residual water in the container. At the same time, each group of spray needles completes its flushing process, and there is no cross-use. The water vapor rushes directly into the container through the spray needle without any pressure loss.

7) The machine is equipped with three filtration systems fresh water, compressed air, and circulating water. The filter element adopts the pleated skirt filter element currently popular at home and abroad. It is quick and convenient to change specifications and clean.

8) Fresh water is added to the water tank for circulating water, and excess water is discharged from the overflow port to continuously renew the circulating water.

9) Imported solenoid valves are used to control the flushing time of fresh water and circulating water to save water and gas.

10) The water level and water temperature are automatically controlled and the temperature is constant. Equipped with a liquid level control switch to prevent the machine from working without water.

11) The water pressure can be adjusted through a manual valve, and a pressure gauge displays the pressure value. The circulating water is equipped with an automatic pressure control device to ensure that the spray water has sufficient pressure.

12) Quickly fill empty containers with water within a certain period to prevent floating bottles from occurring.

13) This machine can be used as a stand-alone machine or can be combined with a sterilization dryer, filling, and sealing machine to form a fully automatic filling and sealing linkage production line for oral liquids, vials, ampoules, etc. And it has a perfect automatic protection function to ensure product quality. The equipment has a compact structure and a small footprint.
