RVF120/220 Single / Double Lines Cosmetic/ 6 nozzles Piston Filling Machine is fully automatic equipment to fill various materials, such as cream, paste, and lotion. It is generally connected with other automatic equipment in a filling production line, such as a jar feeding table, jar air-jet washing/ cleaning machine, jar capping machine, jar labeling machine, and jar cartoner machine. With the design of single/double individual filling nozzles and conveyors/belts, this machine achieves fast and high accuracy filling.
The Automatic 6 Nozzles Piston Filler Machine RVF220 utilizes a linear conveyor, with a servo motor controlling the fast, precise, simultaneous filling of all six nozzles. For safety, the automatic bottle detection sensor stops the nozzles when a space is detected. The emergency stop button allows immediate ceasing of all operations if needed. The 6 nozzles piston filling machine has a wide filling range, suitable for any particle-free and various low viscosity liquids on the market, including medicine, chemicals, oils, dairy, soy sauce, lotion, body wash, detergent, and other such free-flowing liquids. The touchscreen HMI makes changing products quick and easy and reduces downtime between batches. When changing products, there are no parts that need to be replaced. It’s perfect for large-scale production because of its six nozzles, wide filling range, and precise filling levels. The stainless-steel frame guarantees resilience and ease of maintenance.

This machine can complete a series of operations such as container air cleaning, filling, pressing in, capping, screwing, and discharging of the inner cap. After the bottle is filled manually, the equipment will automatically fill the bottle. After the filling process is completed, the cap is manually capped. The abrasive tool sends the filled container to the capping place for capping, and then the robot sends the finished product.
