DESCRIPTION:

This R-VF monoblock plastic pharmaceutical enema bottle liquid filling and capping machine is integrated with mechanical, pneumatic, and automatic operations. The enema filling machine will automatically carry out detection, enema plastic bottle unscrambling and feeding, filling, caps sorting and feeding, cap place on, and capping. It is suitable for a wide array of materials and differently-shaped plastic bottles. Micro-enema filling & closing machine for liquids works with continuous movements, and mechanical and automatic operation for filling and closing of containers. Highly flexible and designed with constructive modularity these machines are very well known for their robustness and reliability. USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing. Constructive modularity and compact overall design. The cannulas and the micro-enemas are fed to the filling machine after which the individual containers are positioned to be filled. Afterward, the micro-enemas arrive at the filling station where they are filled and then proceed towards the closing station where they are closed with cannulas.
