RELIANCE RVF Automatic 30ml Probiotic Liquid Amber Glass Dropper Bottle Filling and Capping machine is a proven breakthrough in Monoblock filling and packing technology; this new intermittently operated system can be offered as a 2 or 3-function Monoblock and can accommodate everything for 10ml, 15ml, 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 120ml, 150ml and 180ml amber or Boston glass containers and offers an output up to 30 - 60 - 80 containers per minute. It is the ideal system for a laboratory to small-scale or medium-scale production.

The RELIANCE RVF monoblock design incorporates this overall electrical need in a very safe, efficient, and cost-effective way. It is designed to easily accept HEPA filtration units and can be equipped with a variety of servo-driven metering systems including piston pumps, volumetric pumps, and peristaltic and rotary piston pumps. FILLING SYSTEM:

The filling process of the 30ml Automatic Probiotic Liquid Amber Glass Dropper Bottle Filling Capping Machine is the heart of the monoblock filling system. CAPPING SYSTEM:

The multifunctional closing/ capping units of the RVF Monoblock filling capping machine, easily allow the processing of various closures. We offer three different closing stations for different closure types: For droppers or stoppers that are set, for screw and sealing caps or spray pumps with dip tubes that are picked up and placed on by a robot arm and then closed and screwed on with servo motors, and finally over caps that are put on.
