DESCRIPTION: 

A vacuum filling machine is a type of packaging machine used in the food and beverage industry to fill bottles, jars, and other containers with liquid products such as juices, sauces, and dressings.

This machine works by removing the air from the container and then filling it with the liquid product, creating a vacuum inside the container. The vacuum filling process helps to prevent the product from oxidizing or spoiling, which can extend its shelf life.

The machine typically consists of a filling nozzle, a vacuum pump, and a product tank. The filling nozzle is inserted into the container, and the vacuum pump removes the air from the container, creating a vacuum. Once the vacuum is created, the liquid product is pumped from the product tank and into the container, filling it to the desired level.

Vacuum-filling machines can vary in size and capacity, depending on the needs of the production line. They can be manual or fully automated, with some models featuring multiple filling nozzles for increased efficiency.

PRODUCTS PROCESS: 

This machine uses an electronically controlled cylinder as the filling power. After the filling container reaches the left end of the conveyor table and is transported to the designated position under the force of the conveyor chain plate, the positioning cylinder performs positioning. The lifting cylinder moves downward, and the filling nozzle dives in and fills. The filling amount and filling time are carried out in an orderly manner according to the settings. After a certain delay, the lifting cylinder moves upward, the positioning cylinder resets and the container containing a certain amount of liquid is transported to the right end to complete a working cycle.
